Upon purchase, koe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on macOS devices that you own or control. This license is for personal and commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App

4. Updates and Support

koe may provide updates to the App to improve functionality or fix issues. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. koe does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall koe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the App does not function as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

8. Changes to Terms

koe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
